My rating today is based on what just happened. Yesterday, I had my daughter's jeep brakes and cost me $947.00. Five minutes after leaving the service department on her way home, the fro happened. Yesterday, I had my daughter's jeep brakes and cost me $947.00. Five minutes after leaving the service department on her way home, the front passenger side brake felt apart almost causing my daughter to have an accident on the freeway. I am extremely disappointed because for what I paid, I expected better quality control of such critical service. I feel I should not be charged for labor. Today, the car still at the dealer because is experiencing high vibrations caused for what happened yesterday to the point that the car is not safe to drive...
