Pleased with scheduling, arrived before my appointment. Service tech said it might be 1 to 1-1/2 hours for an oil change. The vehicle was dirtier when I picked it up than when I left it. It had water spots all over it. Don’t try to wash it if you are going to do it half-assed. Purchased a 2018 ram truck on June 18th Tells us there's only one key. Will send the other key when found. June 30th 12 days later still no key or contact with update, Told us you could use android auto wit only one key. Will send the other key when found. June 30th 12 days later still no key or contact with update, Told us you could use android auto with a aux cable with the truck stereo. Not possible with this stereo. Now we have an added expense of a aftermarket radio to get that feature. More
