They tell you they fixed the problem, then you find out a few days later that you still have the same problem, you take your vehicle back in, they say its a different problem so they can charge you the diagn few days later that you still have the same problem, you take your vehicle back in, they say its a different problem so they can charge you the diagnostics fee, then tell you they fixed the problem, only to find out again a few days later it has the same problem again. This is why I am done with the scams at this dealership! More

Some dealerships will help out the customer with service. This place will not. Took my truck in for nys inspection at a different registered garage and water pump was leaking. Magwire then told me my engine This place will not. Took my truck in for nys inspection at a different registered garage and water pump was leaking. Magwire then told me my engine was bad and needed to be replaced because of the water pump. Brand new water pump with no issues. After it sat at the dealership for 6 weeks and it was broken into while there, they finally tell me there is nothing they can do. When I asked what they would give me for a trade in they completely ignored. I picked.it up and haven't had any issues since. Bad engine? Really?! More
