Not sure if they have enough service personnel and have lost them due on Covid, but, to schedule a simple oil change 3 weeks out seems a bit much. In addition, dropped vehicle off on the early bird, in ord lost them due on Covid, but, to schedule a simple oil change 3 weeks out seems a bit much. Had a phone call from them asking when I would want the vehicle done, as they had others waiting for their walk in service. Not a good practice. 3 weeks wait for that type of customer service is not acceptable. More
