I recently purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 from Maguire. After about one week of driving, a tire developed an air leak. I had already driven about 150 miles and I had no issues at the time of delivery. Although Dan and the service technician could not find exactly where the leak was coming from, Dan decided the safest course of action was to replace the tire with a new one with no charge to me. Dan’s decision to do this spoke volumes to me about the type of service I should expect from the service department at Maguire and I am looking forward to having my vehicle serviced there in the future. Service writer did not do as I asked of him but still charged me diagnostic fee. Also tried to get more work by stating vehicle needed complete break job.
