My wife and I leased a new Chrysler Pacifica from Maguire CDJR of Syracuse. Overall not impressed with this service center. The employees are very friendly and seem knowledgeable but the service itself is subpar. On a brand new $40k vehicle, there were some issues with the rad employees are very friendly and seem knowledgeable but the service itself is subpar. On a brand new $40k vehicle, there were some issues with the radio not working, turn signal not canceling. Warranty issues, Jeeps fault. The earliest they could get me a loaner was 2 weeks later just to get it in and have it looked at. And now I have to wait more weeks for them to order a new radio, something that should be in stock at such a large service center. They claim the turn signal is working fime, but it is still not working for me while driving. I also had a tow hitch installed, which I paid $1200 for, and whatever technician installed it scratched and chewed up the bumper of the vehicle around the edges. Really? I'm not a guy that complains much, but for a $40k brand new vehicle, and being a first time customer to this dralership, I expect better. I'm hoping when I return to have the radio replaced, they will address my concerns with the turn signal and bumper. More
