Customer service wasn’t pleasant. I took my car in for one thing to get repaired and ended up getting some things completely different done. They answered a recall on defective driver’s side air bags with one thing to get repaired and ended up getting some things completely different done. They answered a recall on defective driver’s side air bags without informing me until I picked up my car took. They took my emblem off my steering wheel and also the airbag out. It’s been over a couple of weeks and I still have not received any news from them. I had to pay very close to $200 for a diagnostic even though whatever repairs they said I needed I had it done there. I’m hearing noises from my van that I didn’t hear until after they “repaired” my car, and I’m afraid to get it checked out. More
