Never again will I shop there for a vehicle. Customer service is not there. All they care about is pushing you through the banks to get you approved with whatever vehicle. I will take my family and friends elsewhere and get the Customer satisfaction that we deserve. They assume to put things in the loan without asking if you want it....the car loan that they pushed through was a lower credit score then my own bank. My bank offered me a lower loan amount which was 3 to 4 grand lower which was fine...I would of made up the difference had they spend more time trying to help me plus I got letters from my bank with a higher credit score than the bank they approved me for. Now I'm stuck with a car, for now that I really don't want because they made me believe that that was the only option. I will change that though... I will never go there again! Unsatisfied!!! More
