I came to this dealership for a second opinion with the pricing of a Jeep Cherokee. After browsing the showroom, I approached Erick, out of the blue, and he was more than happy to help me with any question pricing of a Jeep Cherokee. I explained to him how I wanted to move up from a Compass to a Cherokee and he seemed to hold all the answers that I was looking for. First, he had numbers ran for me, at my request, to determine if I should continue shopping for a new vehicle. The pricing ended up being a little bit cheaper than the first dealership I went to so we were able to move forward towards picking out a new vehicle. I explained to Erick all the “bells and whistles” I wanted to have on a new vehicle. Also, one big thing I was looking for was a unique color. He showed me a Cherokee that was definitely very unique and really nice. Erick used a lot of patience while I thought about going through with it or not and seemed very understanding to my needs. In the end, I decided to lease the Cherokee he suggested for me and I’m very pleased with the vehicle after having it for a week now. There was a mix up that I noticed that I brought to Erik’s attention, and he was quick to resolve the issue. He was very pleasant, approachable, and easy to talk to during the whole experience. It didn’t feel like he was just saying what I wanted to hear or trying to push me for something I didn’t want. He seems to be great with communicating and listening. I hope to work with Erick again in the future when this new lease is up. More
