The process was extremely easy. The dealership was very quick to contact us and get us into the vehicle that we wanted. My one and only complaint is that after we bought the vehicle my husband had asked if quick to contact us and get us into the vehicle that we wanted. My one and only complaint is that after we bought the vehicle my husband had asked if their service department could install an LED light package and the sales person seemed a little rushed like now that we got the vehicle it’s kind of hands off. I understand they probably weren’t sure if it was possible but maybe if they did a little more digging for us to see if the service department could do it I would have appreciated it, but this is very minor it did not deter from my overall experience with the sale. I bought the pig fest xxx these clown try selling , sales guy was a clown form xxxx, service would not know how to service a vehicle if there life depended on it and manager can not return calls ! Got the guy was a clown form xxxx, service would not know how to service a vehicle if there life depended on it and manager can not return calls ! Got the car told them brakes were shot , they looked at them said there good , one week later when the engine lite returned my brakes started grinding, emergent brake job I HAD TO DO , thanks to these mechanics who only wanted to go home !!!!! Called service several times guess what .... it’s a tail lite warranty..... even after purchasing alleged warranty from them !!!!! I highly recommend not going to this place if you want a car that would last and service you can count on !!!! More
