Purchased a brand new 2021 Ram Warlock. After 57 miles, the truck decided it dump every fluid and smoke barreling down the road. Service claims they looked at it, I found it in the far back near a wooded area. Only 24 complete hours of ownership of a 2021 Ram, ive driven their loaners longer than my new vehicle. It doesn't seem promising that I will have my new vehicle in my drive way any time soon. I was hopeful they would do the right thing by giving me a new truck, my faith in them is declining minute by minute. Looks like I've received a lemon from the manufacturers, and I have to wait for the truck to explode again to justify the lemon law. More

Being charge for a diagnostics test that showed nothing and they couldnt find anything wrong. Not worth over $125 in my opinion when I have been a costumer before and spent well over $1200. I under stand the workers need to be paid and they drove my vehicle multiple times to replicate the service shifter light. It never replicated for them, but still well over priced for something that didn't show anything and nothing ended up getting fixed. More
