Was told it was a Parts Dept. issue, so was transferred to them. Took another 2 days to hear back from them. Part was in (though I was never called), but then it took another 2+ weeks to get an appointment scheduled. Asked about shuttle, and was told it was offered. Turns out they don’t offer one, so I had to Uber. Part was installed - still doesn’t work properly, so now I have to call back and figure out another time to come in. Getting 4 winter tires mounted and balanced cost over $115 (where most places are around $80). And they’re not inflated properly, so I need to put air in them (same evening as I picked it up). Can never get anyone to answer the phone - am constantly leaving messages, and I might get a call back. If the car wasn’t under warranty, I’d be looking elsewhere.
