The actual service is great, the folks in the front end are amazing. The customer service from one of the staff in particular in the service center is poor at best. The techs did a good job . It took a couple of weeks to get everything done. Sourcing parts seems to be a big problem with Ford delivery taking several days . I was told in Tyler, Tx at a ford dealership that I needed 1000's of dollars repair on my Ford Escape. I knew that wasn't right and we decided to wait until we returned home to have it looked at. Krist needed 1000's of dollars repair on my Ford Escape. I knew that wasn't right and we decided to wait until we returned home to have it looked at. Kristi as usual got us a quick appointment that worked for us and the whole bill including a NYS inspection and oil change in addition to the repair was only $400. Done so quickly too!!! Thank you!
