I came in to have a recall done on my car and I got a call two hours later that they couldn’t get the hood to shut and it’d be $533 to fix it. Straight up garbage predatory service. I talked my fiancé into buying a Kia Sorrento 2021 from Williams instead of going here to get a new vehicle. My truck had a 2 sensor recall. One was replaced in less than 2 hours while I waited at Wegmans. The other sensor was exchanged in a month. Failure to communicate. I was charged for recall labor/item. At 4:34pm I was told that my truck would be fixed in :30 minutes to come after dinner. Bad communication. Didnt fix what I scheduled to have fixed from previous appt but made sure to add more problems about my car to list. Waste of my time. It should be recorded . I call and schedule for that quote, I was there for 3.5 hrs, for none of that to be fixed but to be retold the same thing that they need replaced and now wheel bearings... I don't appreciate my time wasted when I had to take off of work and to be ran around. I don't trust your facility who doesn't have communication.
