Service Department is horrible. I was there for 4 hours while they tried to diagnose 2 issues and an oil change they couldn’t figure out the issues and contacted Ford. I get down the road and realize they while they tried to diagnose 2 issues and an oil change they couldn’t figure out the issues and contacted Ford. I get down the road and realize they didn’t do the oil change I called they affirmed they had not completed it I turned around and they didn’t apologize I sat there another 45 minutes. The service writers seemed more interested in what was on their phones than making sure I was taken care of. I spoke to the car manager he said the service manager was gone for the day but he would make sure she called me the next day 3 weeks later and nothing. More
