Vehicle brought in for flat tire. Waited over the weekend to obtain new tire. Was provided a loaner. Due to commitments out of the area, left immediately upon getting car my vehicle back. While on weekend to obtain new tire. Was provided a loaner. Due to commitments out of the area, left immediately upon getting car my vehicle back. While on road noticed all 4 tires had extremely high PSIs. Took in to a different Lincoln dealer and was advised all tires had been over inflated and the wrong tire (brand) was replaced on vehicle. Called McGuire and advised them of this. Was advised they would take care of it and would order correct tire. Brought car back to McGuire where correct tire was put on vehicle. Prior to leaving checked PSI of tires and all 4 had been over inflated, again, but they did correct when brought to their attention. More

Very polite and accommodating. Beautiful waiting area. I could of hung out there all day. My son took his '12 Focus in to have oil change and a front lower fender fixed. I received a call about the parts needed plus a couple other items. I approved the parts for the fender. When my son picked up his car, the fender was not fixed. He was told then one part was on back order. This should have been explained to me when I received the call saying the car was ready. More

Excellent service as always. Johnny and all the service crew did an amazing job and took care of all the insurance. I was also provided with rides to and from the car rental whilst my vehicle was being rep crew did an amazing job and took care of all the insurance.
