If I could do zero stars I would. It took 4 months of me calling this dealer repeatedly to get broken buttons fixed on my raptor. I was estimated over $7000 for a manifold job that I took to another dealer who did it for less than $2000. They wanted to remove and replace the cylinder heads that didn't even need to be removed for a mani to another dealer who did it for less than $2000. Dropped my car off for a Friday appointment, didnāt have call back, I called for an update. I was told it was in the shop at the end of the day. On the second day I called no one answered the phone. On the call back, I called for an update. I was told it was in the shop at the end of the day. On the second day I called no one answered the phone. On the third day (Monday) I called in the afternoon for an update, I was told they were stopping diagnosis on my car to work on other cars so it was taking longer than expected. On the fourth day (Tuesday) I called in the morning to ask if they had finished diagnosis, I was told they would that morning. No one answered the phone that afternoon. On day five (Wednesday) I called for an update, I was told the car was not fixable. That they had spent 7 hours diagnosis time to figure it out, but they were only charging me 2 hours. This was a frustrating experience, the lack of interest in diagnosing my car and the nonexistent updates left me wondering if they even planned on getting to my car. I will not return to this dealer for service again, nor will I recommend anyone else go there. More
