I have had the worst two experiences with Maguire! I should have learned the first time! There service center lake communication skills. I was told I should have my car back by a certain time frame (two should have learned the first time! There service center lake communication skills. I was told I should have my car back by a certain time frame (two weeks) and they still have my vehicle (4 weeks later). They had a technician out due emergency surgery which put my service on hold. None of this was communicated to me. I had to keep calling daily to see what was going on. Then the second person (Doug) who I was talking to through all of this went out on maternity leave and didn't communicate nothing to the manager Steve. Now its 4 weeks later and I still don't have my car and they couldn't even accommodate me with a rental! All they could do is apologize but do nothing to rectify the situation. They were the only place that could fit my vehicle in quickly and that's the only reason why I went to them. I should've waited for Simmons and I guarentee you I would have already gotten my vehicle back. This place absolutely sucks and I would never recommend their service to ANYONE! Their sales department is not bad, just don't use their service center! More
