This was my first time buying a car, and after a not-so-great experience at another dealership, it was a huge weight off my shoulders to come here and find a car I loved. There was a little bit of e not-so-great experience at another dealership, it was a huge weight off my shoulders to come here and find a car I loved. There was a little bit of extra pressure to opt into one of the service warranty options, even after we declined, but I understand that that's part of the job. Overall it was a great experience in the middle of some crazy times, and I love what I've gotten out of it! More

For the past 1 1/2 years I’ve been bringing my car in because of transmission issues. Each time I was told that nothing was wrong. So I just let it go and figured eventually it would need attention as Ro because of transmission issues. Each time I was told that nothing was wrong. So I just let it go and figured eventually it would need attention as Rogues are known for their transmission problems. I returned for a different reason as I could hear noises but thinking it was a wheel bearing going bad. I was again told nothing was wrong other then it was my tires and they're known for “road noice”. I went back to the place I purchased my tires from to see if something was wrong as I’d only had then for a year. They told me they could hear the noice and in fact the noice was coming from my transmission and specifically said I had internal damage in the transmission. Again, went back to McGuire to be told there was nothing wrong with the transmission BUT they did find the source of the noice and it was a long screw from my license plate. ( same screws that have been there for 5 years) HOW INSULTING! After many visits to the dealer and having to take their technician for a ride he was able to hear the noice I’ve been talking about. Only took 5 minutes on the highway. Did I mention my car was 200 miles away from the 5yr/50,000 mile warranty! So, transmission was “rebuilt“ . Left the dealer but had to return a week later as it still wasn’t right. That phone call was received by Don yelling at me for addressing my concerns. I had to go to the general manager of the dealership to try to get the car repaired properly. It went back in and had a few of the issues correct. I still have concerns with the rebuild as my car doesn’t function correctly. I’ve decided not to return because it’s a losing battle with this business. I’ll be forced to either buy a new transmission in the future or sell the car before I was ready to get rid of it. Very disappointed and will NEVER return. Nor will I ever recommend this dealership! More
