The transmission failed on the drive home abs ended up getting a whole new one (only took 2.5 months…) It also took over 3 months to get plates/registration through Mahwah. And that was after we called ne getting a whole new one (only took 2.5 months…) It also took over 3 months to get plates/registration through Mahwah. And that was after we called nearly every day in the final month of that. VERY disappointing to not be able to drive a new car. Also never received a copy of warranty agreement until 2.5 months down the road (it was requested pretty much immediately). We were told a rental car would be covered while the new car was in the shop, but it came back (after driving a rental for 3.5 weeks) that they only would cover 10 days. Will never work with Mahwah again. More

Buyer beware for anything besides routine maintenance; these guys tried to charge me $6600 for a water pump. A different Ford dealer not that far away quoted $3400.
