I was looking for a new Mustang GT and When you are tired of the Metro big box dealership OKC has to offer , head out to Mainer Ford in Okarche, OK. I was looking for a new Mustang GT and they had the one I was looking for. Within minutes of submitting an information request I was contacted by Cody to set up a test drive. The car I wanted was fresh off of the trailer, but we drove it anyway. Between Cody being lighting fast to reach out to me, and Sami in finance making the numbers work and Rick making me feel at home, there is no way I will go somewhere else when I'm in the market again. However, over the years I have purchased well over 40 vehicles and I have NEVER have had a better expe LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I do not post reviews. Ever. However, over the years I have purchased well over 40 vehicles and I have NEVER have had a better experience from a car dealership in my life. This is a group of the MOST friendly people I have ever met. Let me start with Cody. He was our salesman. He was with me from start to finish every step of the way. There was no smoke and mirrors involved at all and the best part, NO PRESSURE. Excellent salesman that was more than knowledgeable in the vehicle I did end up purchasing. Whilst talking with the salesman the OWNER of the company Rick came over to introduce himself. No other reason. Again, very friendly and no pressure. Just wanted to thank us for coming to the lot and giving them a chance to earn our business. A++ for that effort. Next was the financing. Gentleman by the name of Sami. This man was fast, efficient and explained everything in full detail that we were signing. Did not have to sit around and wait while the salesman Cody ran back and forth to various people talking to who knows who running numbers back and forth as you would expect with normal car dealers. This was all done right there with us present. That is a first. Last but not least, you get that hometown feel and not that you are just another mark on the board. As I said before, I have purchased several cars in my life from several dealers across two states and it is good to know that I will not have to do that anymore, as I have found a dealer for life. Here is the kicker, I am not even a Ford person. I have always been a Chevrolet person. Drove home in a Ford not only because the vehicle we chose had more options than I know what do to with, but because customer service was WELL BEYOND expectations. They truly have a customer for life and I have become a Ford fan. Give these fine gentleman a chance to earn your business. You won't be disappointed. More
