James was a super awesome guy. I forgot my license at home all the way in Sacramento.. (stupid of me). He was nice enough to drive me to my house and let me test drive the vehicle back. We has a great conversation and he didn’t twist my arm to purchase the truck. I mean the truck sold itself. Sales manager was accommodating and took my needs serious, making the numbers work for me. The only note I would make is, there wasn’t much wiggle room to negotiate the price of the truck. I was hoping to get a little bit of a deal on the truck or for my trade In, which they did try to give me a good amount for my trade in. But it’s a Tacoma... these things are an easy sale. All in all great experience and I recommend them and trust their process! More
