Excellent service!!! This was my first ever experience Excellent service!!! This was my first ever experience buying a car at a dealership and I am more than satisfied. All my life I used to buy salvage Excellent service!!! This was my first ever experience buying a car at a dealership and I am more than satisfied. All my life I used to buy salvage cars from the craigslist. However, decided to buy a clean title vehicle and was checking the car gurus website. Among many other vehicles, it showed me a very good deal at the Maita Chevrolet. So I contacted them. The salesman Clemente Edwards greeted me with friendly words and a big smile. He showed me the vehicle, some nice features of the car that I did not notice and answered all my questions. Moreover, the car was already listed at a good price (that’s why I ended up at the Maita Chevrolet the first place), but the dealership gave me additional discount of $500 from the listed price. Kassandra (a finance manager) demonstrated excellent level of customer service and made my paperwork experience smooth, fast, and easy. Another thing: on the next day after I purchased the vehicle I noticed one small defect: a plastic panel from the outside was not attached fully to the windshield because it was defected. I took my vehicle to Hyundai dealership on Florin Road (because it was still under manufacture’s warranty), however the official dealership did not want to fix it. So I drove back to the Maita Chevrolet and Clemente introduced me to Armando Mendoza (Used Car Manager) regarding my issue. Armando exercised a platinum level of customer service. He took my concern under his personal control: he ordered the new part, made an appointment for me to replace the defected part with the new one, negotiated between me and the service department, answered my phone calls multiple times and when he couldn’t because he was busy, he called me back later. Even though I was bothering him so many times, he never got angry or mad at me. He always talked to me kindly by assuring me that my concern would be taken care of. And it was. The Maita Chevrolet has not charged me a penny for the defected part or for the labor. You guys are super awesome!!! Every single one of you whom I worked with and talked to at your dealership: Clemente Edwards, Kassandra, Armando Mendoza. I strongly recommend the Maita Chevrolet because you will experience the exceptional level of customer service and your questions or concerns won’t be left behind, forgotten or ignored (at least from the people I’ve mentioned that I had a blessing to meet and talk to).
