I previously received a call from Maita about a free oil change service on my records, and made an appointment. Instead of telling me he would look into it or figure it out, I was told that I would have to prove it. The only reason I was even there is because the dealership called me. This was a simple oil change that was attached to a new truck I bought there. While I did “prove” the free oil change was real, I also purchased additional services. It seems this situation was easily preventable, and it leaves me to question if I’ll go back for any service. More

My last service appointment was excruciatingly long, difficult, and expensive. I lost an entire extra day of work waiting for a tire replacement which could have been completed in 30 minutes. On a tire that very likely picked up a nail AFTER I dropped it off at the dealer. The “free” service I was promised with the warranty only took $100+ off a $900* service charge. And I could have planned my two-day wait better if only communication had been better. I will definitely not be returning to Maita Chevrolet for my next service. More

Was given faulty information from the technician. Simple starter replacement, but was told from the tech that the battery needed replacement. The battery was 1 month old, so I picked up the battery and brou starter replacement, but was told from the tech that the battery needed replacement. The battery was 1 month old, so I picked up the battery and brought it back to Napa Auto Parts where it was purchased and they tested the battery and said it was good. I brought that battery back and the service department didn't say anything about it and the "bad" battery magically worked and had no issue. I had to take time out of my day to pick up the battery and take it to where I purchased it, then run it back to maita for no reason, as the battery was fine and the tech improperly diagnosed the problem. On top of thatI had to pay for the tech to pull the battery when there was no issue. In addition, while I was in no rush, it did take 2 weeks to get the starter replaced. This wasn't an awful experience, but I definitely was not impressed. More
