A great experience start to finish. Gudi was tremendous. I was driving the car off the lot inside of two hours. I’ll be back for our next vehicle! I was driving the car off the lot inside of two hours. I’ll be back for our next vehicle! More

Danny was very courteous and professional. He listened closely and asked questions about the service needed. I had my Tahoe serviced on 10/8. On my way home to Truckee, when I turned on my air conditioner, It was not blowing cold air. I left the next day to hike in the back country and was not able to get my Truckee, when I turned on my air conditioner, It was not blowing cold air. I left the next day to hike in the back country and was not able to get my Tahoe back down to Elk Grove til 10/22. Alfredo informed me that the air conditioner condenser was leaking and needed to be replaced. I was frustrated and upset that this was not found when I had my Tahoe in for service on the 8th. I had to take additional time and money to bring my car back down for repair. However, I was informed that my extended warranty would cover the cost of repair except for my $100 deductible. Alfredo was great and was able to have the service dept get the job done in about 2 1/2 hrs while I waited. Overall...I am very pleased with the way Alfredo handled the situation but disappointed that the service dept did not detect the leak when I had my regular service done on 10/8. More
Was good at points. The financing didn’t go that well. Didn’t feel they did there job well. We ended up just paying cash for the car days later. As a result of the finance dept. not doing there job well, Didn’t feel they did there job well. We ended up just paying cash for the car days later. As a result of the finance dept. not doing there job well, (which they should have known before we left not days later) it caused us to make our credit rating to drop. They went to several institutions to get credit. We only knew of one institution that we gave. But over the next weeks, we received several denials of different credit institutions. Each time it dropped our credit. Which was at 820 to start. So I’m glad we paid cash and get back in our control. The sales person did fine. More

I cannot recommend the purchase or repair of your vehicle at this dealership. I purchased a Brand New 2019 Silverado from their dealership in February 2020, and its been a nightmare. First of all, the truc at this dealership. I purchased a Brand New 2019 Silverado from their dealership in February 2020, and its been a nightmare. First of all, the truck had a rock chip in windshield, small tear in headliner, and 2 paint scratches in door and door sill. Here is where the problems began. Trip no 1. Replace headliner, paint repair, and windshield. Got the vehicle back. There was paint overspray over the entire outside of truck, and white residue inside of truck. There were also glass shards on debris from headliner left on interior. I bring the vehicle back. Trip no 2. They removed the paint overspray. Good! However, someone in their detail shop applied a leather conditioner to every piece of plastic causing it to look shiny and slick. They call this condition in the detail industry a "slick willy". I did not ask for them to apply this product, and Mike the service manager says this is their "standard" for detailing new cars. I bring the vehicle back again. Trip no 3. They attempted to remove excess slick willy product from the plastic in my truck. It was so heavily applied, they had to physically remove the front ac vents and window switches to clean it out. I got the truck back, and when more thoroughly inspecting the interior, they missed the rear ac vents and additional plastic parts. Trip no 4. They again cleaned my truck and attempted to remove slick willy product. And while its better, this product continues to weep and wick out of every plastic crack and seam, causing a glossy mess. In conclusion, they have not made this right after attempts were made to correct this problem. The only right thing to do is replace this truck. I spoke to the general manager to request replacement and he refused. Maita Chevy could have made this right, by doing the right thing. More
