Oil change, new tires, alignment on my commuter. One stop shopping at Maita Chevrolet. Im always afraid to get an alignment done on my cars. The worst experience I've ever had with Maita. I brought my car in for service and when I asked when I should expect it to be done, Alfredo told me by the afternoon. At 5pm i called to check on the status.. my car in for service and when I asked when I should expect it to be done, Alfredo told me by the afternoon. At 5pm i called to check on the status...I dropped it off at 8:30 that morning...he told me that it was a 2 day project and it wont be done until tomorrow. When I asked why he told me it would be done that day, his excuse was that he deals with so many people he gets them mixed up...umm excuse me! I asked if they could provide me with a rental car since I needed to go to work the next day and I wasnt told it was a 2 day service, he told me sorry they were all out but I can come in the morning and get one from Enterprise but since I was passed my warranty, I would have to pay for it. When I finally was able to pick up my car, it wasnt ready and the keys weren't at the counter even though they called me 4 hours prior to tell I could come get it. More
