Maintenance oil change and tire rotation Appointment 9:15 am, arrived at 9:00 am. Informed it would take 2 hours. Waited 3 hours and 15 mintutes. We could see the work on vehicle was complete Appointment 9:15 am, arrived at 9:00 am. Informed it would take 2 hours. Waited 3 hours and 15 mintutes. We could see the work on vehicle was completed at 11:50 am, after waiting 15 more minutes, talked to cashier, inform to see the check in rep. who was not in his office. Could hear over loud speaker some one telling him he had a customer waiting. We could see him return to his office, he then spoke to two other people before asking us if our paperwork was done. We told him no, he said he would key it in. He came out with a paper then told us to see cashier, there were no cashiers at the counter. The check in rep then came back out with more papers at the cashier window and proceeded to process our payment himself, after two other people walked by the cashier window and said they would be with us in a minute and never returned. We will never take our vehicle there again for anything. We purchased the vehicle at this location and have been taking it there for routine maintenance over the last five years. Also we could see the person working on our vehicle with constant interruptions from other workers laughing and joking around. Not caring that people were sitting outside waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. Customer service is very poor there now. More

Absolutely amazing service! It’s always a stressful time when purchasing a new vehicle. Elisa was amazing my first phone call to her she was very professional and even dropped what she was doing to go outsi when purchasing a new vehicle. Elisa was very easy to work out a very fair price and was upfront and honest. Everyone in finance was quick and proficient at there jobs. Everyone answered all my question and explained every line of the paperwork. After signing all my paperwork Elisa walked me out and double checked the car to make sure it was in top of the line condition. Absolutely incredible service and hands down the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. They have made a longtime customer and I will absolutely recommend them to all my friends and family. More
