Oil plug cover and RED X next to brake fluid reservoir. Oil plug cover plate was barely hanging from screw. Lucky the cover did not fall off. This dealership was great I came it and we got strait to a deal I told them what I was looking for in a new truck and the model I wanted didn’t push me to buy something I didn’t want and wasn’t trying to se a deal I told them what I was looking for in a new truck and the model I wanted didn’t push me to buy something I didn’t want and wasn’t trying to sell me on something that I was already sold on. Elisa is the only person I really had a conversation with and she was great like I said wasn’t pushy or aggressive listed to what I had to say and what I wanted and got me it no questions asked. When I bought the 2020 let trail boss I traded in my 2015 Silverado lt and got a great price for it definitely more then I thought I was going to get. Honestly the only thing I didn’t like about the service and buying process was the long waits in between signIng paperwork but then again Covid restrictions makes it understandable as well as I think the price for the truck was maybe $1000 to $2000 high but Still the best price I could find in the Bay Area. Also I didn’t bring the Title to my trade-in with me and Elisa Offered to drive to our house and pick it up for us after I said that I would drop it off the next day if need be that was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. All in all very happy with the service and my new truck! More

Need to Expedite Checkout I set up an appointment (via my work email) to arrive, test drive, and hopefully buy the vehicle at 2pm. I drove 2 hours to get to the dealership, ar I set up an appointment (via my work email) to arrive, test drive, and hopefully buy the vehicle at 2pm. I drove 2 hours to get to the dealership, arrived right on time for my appointment. James was not expecting me, and had sent the car I was interested in, over to their neighboring Toyota dealership, about 20 minutes away (back towards where I had come from), and wasn't sure if it was even available anymore. He explained that he had emailed me that morning, to confirm our appointment, and when he didn't hear back, he assumed I was not coming. I don't check my work email on weekends. Wish I had given him my phone number. He offered me a couple other vehicles I was not interested in. We drove with him over the Toyota dealership, and then waited for about 20 minutes for him to walk around the dealership, trying to find the car. Fortunately, he finally returned with the vehicle. We spent about 10 minutes test driving the car, and told him we wanted to buy it. We then had to drive it 20 minutes back to the original dealership, to deal with the sale. Even though I was buying the car outright, and needed no credit application, we sat for nearly an hour, while they took care of paperwork. After about an hour, we were informed that there was a recall on our vehicle, and the repair work would be needed before we could have the car. They had the car for over 2 months, and didn't know there was a recall, until the moment it was being sold? Come on! This should have been dealt with when they first got the vehicle. I eventually got in to deal with financing. Kassandra was very friendly and was able to take care of the paperwork and financing in a timely manner. However, we were not able to leave until after 5pm, I felt as though I was held hostage for over 3 hours, and wasn't even able to leave with the car. The dealership did deliver the car to our house, the following Monday (2 days later), and we are very happy with the car. Although I was very disappointed that James had basically cancelled my appointment, he was very pleasant and friendly - a really nice guy. An ice cream truck came into the parking lot, and the sales manager even bought me and my wife and ice cream. Thank you. Unfortunately, due to the 4 hour round trip, and ridiculous amount of time that it took for me to get in and out, I will likely not return for my future car buying needs. More
