Slow as molasses. Communication is the biggest problem with this company. After the deal was made on the 25th of May, and my money was in their bank, they acted like t Communication is the biggest problem with this company. The receptionist was the only person that I dealt with that did her job correctly. EVERY TIME she transferred me to my salesperson or service person, they let the call go to Voicemail. EVERY TIME!! I felt like I was totally disrespected after they had my money. Your "Customer Service" is terrible. I even called the G.M., Kent Ketterling, and of course it went to voicemail, and he NEVER returned my call. I now see that the disrespect to customers starts right on the top with the management team. More
