Customer service as far as keeping the customer updated on parts ordered is less than adequate. I have had two separate parts which were expected to have been ordered and installed after buying a brand new on parts ordered is less than adequate. I have had two separate parts which were expected to have been ordered and installed after buying a brand new Chevy Silverado. The first part took over three weeks to come in and Maita never called me and updated me on the delays. I had to reach out to them to find out what was going on with the part and then it could be installed. I am still waiting for another part of small rivets that were missing from aftermarket rims that were purchased with my vehicle. It has been at least four weeks and no one has called me to tell me the part was in or the status of it. I have had other complaints Which have been addressed by the general manager. They have made amends for the prior deficiencies but overall again customer service and communication is severely lacking. I, as a customer should not have to continually reach out to figure out the status and updates on parts More
