Recent repair for my beloved Impala I have been a loyal, trusting customer and I've received the "shaft" from this dealership's service or dis-service department. What was to be a sin I have been a loyal, trusting customer and I've received the "shaft" from this dealership's service or dis-service department. What was to be a single day service visit resulted in a 4 day service visit. I was given little information during the first 2 days. I had to call and enquire and I was repetitively told that the "part hasn't arrived". But day 1, I was told the part was being overnighted from Reno. Same story when I called on days 2 and 3. No call from them and why didn't they call to track the part after the first delay? #MaitChevroletSucks More

2018 Chevy Malibu I was having a problem putting my car into park (well not so much putting it in park) but it would say to put in park. I took my car in for a oil cha I was having a problem putting my car into park (well not so much putting it in park) but it would say to put in park. I took my car in for a oil change and to check out the whole park situation- He was able to get a harness and that helped for a couple days I called spoke to Brian and he said bring it back and he was able to get my shifter replaced. My pretty Malibu all better now :) the best part of all my baby is still under warranty so everything is fixed and my rental was covered for the week. Thank you again - More
