From the moment we walked in till the moment we walked out with the keys to our 2020 Silverado 1500 LT we were very pleased with our salesman Raj he was very knowledgable with the truck we wanted and test out with the keys to our 2020 Silverado 1500 LT we were very pleased with our salesman Raj he was very knowledgable with the truck we wanted and test drove. We did experience a problem with the truck 2 weeks later which required a trip to the service dept. Vince took great care of us from start to finish. The truck needed a replacement injector only because they couldnt recreate the problem so they elected to replace it. Problem was the parts dept didnt have injectors in stock. So Vince got me a rental truck at no charge of course. 10 days later we got the truck back and was very pleased with the work and detail person who shined our truck to perfection. I'm very happy with the service department. I came in for a problem with my shifter. It was fixed once, but the problem re-occured. The second time the techs researched the issue and found an answer.
