Not a happy camper this time. Tahoe in again for rear doors not unlocking with remote. Service guy, Vincent was great. got it in quickly for diagnostic. I had my 15,000 miles service about 2 weeks ago and drove to Missouri and back. About 5,000 miles. I noticed an issue with the transmission so decided to take it in again. When I was checking in I asked if I would be able to add an oil change as I was close to the mileage again. They said no problem. They flushed my transmission and did the oil change very quickly. Warranty Issue This was a warranty issue right from the start. I brought my truck all the way from Lodi because I bought my truck at your dealership. This guy just wanted to make sure his time was covered, so he wanted me to sign that I would pay a minim of 160.00, he got upset with me when I said I would not sign. He told me his employees don't work for nothing, Wow what a comment. I went to Lodi, Sanborn and they had me in and out in 30min with the problem fixed and all charges were covered under warranty. Sanborn employees are ALL very friendly and make you feel at home. I can't say this for Elk Grove dealership, what a joke. I am sorry I bought my truck at this dealer. This is the second problem I have had with them and I should have know better the second time. From day one when I bought my truck and they installed after market products, that still to this day don't work and have messed up my electrical outlets. I should have know better and just stayed at Sanborn! More
