We were given a time frame of one to one and one-half hours to complete the work. Bryana kept us updated and let us know when the car was finished and advised that they were completing the paperwork. We saw the car was finished as it was parked in the "outbound" lane for service. Well, we waited forty-four additional minutes for the paperwork to be completed. During that time, I checked with the cashier and finally Bryana as to the hang up on the paperwork. Bryana shared that there was an error that they were resolving on the paperwork and for the extra time waiting on the paperwork to be completed, Bryana advised that Maita would give us a 15% discount on our bill. We appreciated Bryana tracking down the glitch and the discount for our time. Otherwise, the service was great. The rating reflected the forty-four minute additional time for the paperwork to be done. More

We had an 8am appointment for a simple oil change & adjustment to a new bed cover they dealership put on. We dropped it off the night before to make sure the truck was there early and there were no del adjustment to a new bed cover they dealership put on. At 2pm, they had just finished the oil change and couldn't tell us when the bed cover defect would be addressed. We eventually had to take the truck to get to work and now have to come back again. Staff was kind & professional but we didn't find that lack of timeliness to be very courteous given the fact that we had an 8am appointment. More

Without a doubt the worst experience we’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. We’ve purchased many GM cars starting in 1969 with a Camero 350 SS, 2 Chevy station wagons, a Chevrolet PU , a Buick enclave, a purchasing a vehicle. We’ve purchased many GM cars starting in 1969 with a Camero 350 SS, 2 Chevy station wagons, a Chevrolet PU , a Buick enclave, and now our 2nd Suburban. We called in and let them know we were interested in the 2022 Chevrolet Suburban. We talked to Fred who was the sales manager who assigned Clemente to work with us. Clemente took us on a test drive and tried to explain some of the features and assured us he would help us get things working before we left. We did like the vehicle and decided to purchase the vehicle. We arrived at the Elk Grove dealership at 11:45 am. Clemente had issues getting paperwork completed. We waited all day for a contract to be written. My wife became hypoglycemic and needed some protein but all they had was a vending machine with sugar items. They had a package of cheese crackers that cost me $2.50 from the machine. During the whole agonizing experience ,which we started to walk away from 3 times, we were offered one bottle of water each. By the time we finished with finance, we paid cash, it was now dark, no one really showed us how to use anything in the car, when Clemente was showing us a storage area in the back of a plastic handle came loose. It was to dark and we were to tired and just wanted to drive home which was in Stockton Ca about a 45-60 minute drive. I managed to fix the cargo cover handle the following morning. Clemente left me a card with his number and told me if I had any problems to call, he would take care of us. I called Clemente and told him there was a problem with the My Chevy App. It did not work either of our iPhones. He said he was off but he would get on it first thing on Tuesday. When I didn’t hear from him I called him and said Dante, the business manager, was going to call me,which he did. I explained the problem, told him I had worked with OnStar and they told me their was not an activated number in the system. He told me the dealership had to call their tech support and gave me a number for them to call which I gave to Dante. Dante said he would get back to me but never did. I texted Clemente and told him no one got back to me. He called me back and said it was a difficult problem and may take some time to get back. By this time I am furious and told him I was ready to file a DMV complaint. He told me they would just laugh at me. Today, Friday morning, we have had the suburban for 7 days. We have lost a week of our free subscription and no one has called me back. I used the blue onstar button to call for the third time and everything again to them. I explained what other techs had told me so they worked with me. The problem was due to the fact that Maita Chevrolet had repaired the radio when preparing it for sale and did not register the new hardware with Onstar so the Onstar system could no see the VIN of the vehicle. If Maita would have followed through with the information I provided them with the problem could have been resolved on Tuesday. We still are trying to figure out how to use all the feature of this vehicle. I don’t expect to much help from Maita Chevrolet, they basically didn’t follow through with anything we were told. In the past I have purchased most of my vehicles from American Chevrolet in Modesto, Ca. Where we were alway treated like family and we alway felt good afterwords. We couldn’t afford a brand new suburban this time but wanted a GM certified used and found this one on CARFAX in Elk Grove. We started out very positive with Maita Chevrolet but by the time we left there we felt like it was the biggest mistake of our lives. We have both lost sleep over this and do not plan on going back to Maita. I have already asked American Chevrolet in Modesto if our GM warranty can be used there and they said yes. More
