Reliable but slow I always trust Maita to do the work as needed. Always professional. They never push to fix things that are simply an advisement. It seems like they just don't have the manpower for the routine stuff. considering I chose to wait just made it a bit more of an annoyance. Otherwise great service as always. More

Negligence Took car to get regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation. After work was completed, received car back in worse shape than when was originally brought in. Car was chugging and not running right then check engine light came on. Brought issue to service advisor and Apparently, cause of engine problem was missing PVC elbow. Don’t know how part was removed or disappeared, but the blame has to go to someone/service technician who worked on my car. Very dissatisfied with what happened to my car. More
