Alarm Malfunction Outside of Warranty (by 50 miles) Vincent was an excellent service advisor, but I am unhappy that I was charged $300 to repair a clear alarm system defect that could not be covered by Vincent was an excellent service advisor, but I am unhappy that I was charged $300 to repair a clear alarm system defect that could not be covered by my warranty, which I was over by approximately 50 miles. I scheduled this service the week before, when I still had fewer than 36,000 miles, but the soonest slot I could schedule was this past Monday at 10:30 a.m. When I pulled up, I was at approximately 36,050 miles, and was later informed that this repair would have been covered by the warranty if I was under 36K. I think it’s poor customer commitment to have not extended me a grace period when I was within the mileage threshold when I attempted initially to schedule the service. The day after I had the repair completed, one of my turn indicator bulbs went out. I realize it is unlikely this is related, but the coincidence is irritating. Again, Vincent was great overall, but I am not satisfied with whatever policy is in place that prevented me from having this defect repaired by the factory warranty. — James Eder, 2017 Tahoe More

Not the best I’ve been going to Maita Chevy for 2 Years and I have a warranty on some material inside my vehicle. I pointed it out to Nick in 2018 and he stated th I’ve been going to Maita Chevy for 2 Years and I have a warranty on some material inside my vehicle. I pointed it out to Nick in 2018 and he stated that it was covered under warranty. When I went to get an oil change after the salesmen would say they are going to follow up with me. Here it is 2019 and finally the last sales guy Alfredo says it’s out of warranty and he has to speak with Nick. Of course, it’s out of warranty. More

LEFT WITH A NEW TRUCK I came in mainly to just look and see if my elderly mother could get in and out of a couple vehicles. When we arrived we parked out front and were gre I came in mainly to just look and see if my elderly mother could get in and out of a couple vehicles. When we arrived we parked out front and were greeted by a nice young man after about a minute of looking at corvettes. He was very knowledgeable about the corvettes, but I informed him that was not my target vehicle, and that I had seen a particular truck online, and I wanted to see "it" Nate was the salesman helping us, and he could see my mom had mobility issues, so he knew where the truck I was inquiring about was, and instead of making us walk to it, he went and got it and drove it up front, this was much appreciated. After a test drive next came the haggling of trade-in and price, this wasn't a fun process, and I ended up getting up to leave after being insulted by a ridiculous offer. Rich came out to save the sale, and we haggled something out and I left with a new truck More
