Awesome service I was prepared to wait an hour and a half for my servicing to be completed, especially with all the customers that were already waiting, but to my sur I was prepared to wait an hour and a half for my servicing to be completed, especially with all the customers that were already waiting, but to my surprise, my car was ready in 45 minutes. Purchase of a new 2019 Chevy Impala 2LZ, Salesman Mark Wheeler stayed late to go over the features of the new Impala. Mark also gave us a tour of the parts & service department, and where the Salesman Mark Wheeler stayed late to go over the features of the new Impala. General Sales Manager Bubba Harrison was able to provide us with an added discount on the purchase price of our new Impala. Finance representative Tom Dittmar was able to provide us with a discount on our extended warranty & added features to the new Impala. Overall it was a great experience, and not to mention the follow up with Maita Chevrolet contacting us after the purchase of the new vehicle and asking if we had any questions or concerns. More

Not happy with the service . Was told that my car will be ready by noon but I got my car back at 5:30 PM. And the issue I asked them to look at is still there and called to mak .
