This has been the worst buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve bought a lot of ca If the survey would allow I would rate this dealership zero stars. This has been the worst buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve bought a lot of cars from all kinds of dealers from Honda and Toyota, Ford and GMC to Mercedes and BMW. I’ve owned two Vettes personally and love them but this experience is one I would not go through again, even if Maita wanted to give it to me for free. The a/c in the truck wouldn’t work when we pulled off the lot and now my husband spent literally 3 days at the dealership getting what the salesman said was “an easy fix.” Nope. It’s a brand new truck and this is ridiculous. Yesterday, I had to take off work to get my kids from school because my husband was still stuck in the shop and he’d already been there since 9am and we get the kids from school at 2:55- 6 hours. My husband actually said the service guy at Folsom Chevrolet was great, so please don’t think this has anything to do with service. This is about the promises Maita Chevy made when we bought a brand new truck with a broken a/c and expectations that they, Maita, set were absolutely NOT what was delivered. The dealership should have done a better job of inspection for common sense things like a/c before they sold us a faulty truck. That’s what gets me. What is going on with inspections over at Maita? It’s really inexcusable- I’ve NEVER , and I mean NEVER, had such a poor buying experience. The expectations that Maita’s sales staff set when we bought the truck and promises they made were not even in the slightest bit what happened in reality. I realize this is completely about Maita and not the Chevrolet brand itself, but this dealership has broken my trust and I will never go to a Maita owned dealership of any kind again. More
