Diagnostic I brought in my Tahoe for a service and a diagnostic of the transmission. I know there’s a problem with the transmission but need to have an idea of I brought in my Tahoe for a service and a diagnostic of the transmission. I know there’s a problem with the transmission but need to have an idea of what it is whether it’s internal or maybe solenoids. After paying like $160 for a diagnostic, I’m told “there’s something wrong with your transmission”. No xxxx Sherlock! More

Nate did not pressure us in any way, he was attentive, personable and very pleasant to work with and talk to. However, I did not care for the service we received from Kassandra in the finance dept., after being at Maita for several hours, then finishing up with Kassandra, it was the typical feeling you expect from car dealers of being "handled." Kassandra wasn't thorough with explaining all the documents and worst of all, she told us that our financing was through Schools Credit Union, but on Monday morning I received a call from Golden 1 Credit Union letting me know they were processing our loan and had a couple of questions. I was confused as to why Golden 1 was calling me about our loan when we were told the financing was through Schools. After a week of trying to get clarity and making a call to the finance manager, I was informed that our loan was in fact through Golden 1 and the manager had no idea why we were told it was financed through Schools. I was frustrated by having to deal with this and the uncertainty of it all made me lose my confidence in the professionalism of the dealership. However the GREAT service we received from our salesperson, Nate was enough that we would consider referring others to Maita Chevy and even return to make another purchase ourselves. More
