Fred got up went into the finance department for 10 seconds. He did not even speak to no one inside there came back and told us to have a good day we where still sitting down. Ask him so you don't counter-offer he said nope vehicle was already list it as a good price. December 31st we call Kuni dealership and got the same vehicle for $8,000 less. 2019 Chevy Traverse RS. Poor service cost a full day of work. I had a vehicle serviced, normal oil change and tune-up plus checking on an airbag warning light. 10 a.m. appointment time, I thought I would have it I had a vehicle serviced, normal oil change and tune-up plus checking on an airbag warning light. 10 a.m. appointment time, I thought I would have it back that day. Never recieved an update call from the service consultant, had to repeatedly call and leave messages until I finally got ahold of him in the afternoon and was told the vehicle would not be ready until the next day. I drove the vehicle for less than 100 miles after getting it back and the airbag light came back on. I brought it back to have the airbag issue checked again and the service consultant tried to get me to sign for a $160 bill just to have the vehicle looked at. I think it is absolutely outrageous that I brought a vehicle back to have a problem corrected that I already paid to have fixed and they wanted me to pay to have it looked at again. After a refusal to pay for another diagnosis of the same problem, the service consultant reluctantly agreed to have the vehicle checked at no charge. Once again, hours went by and I was never contacted with an update. I called repeatedly, left voice messages, and even had to contact the service manager to get information about the status of the vehicle. On a good note, the airbag problem seems to have been corrected as I have driven the vehicle for a week and have had no further issues. Due to the lack of communication and poor customer service I will no longer conduct any further business at this dealership. More
