Disappointing I made an appointment for 1045.. paid $300 for oil change, cabin air filter change and detailing package. I got my car back after 2 pm. As I walk up I made an appointment for 1045.. paid $300 for oil change, cabin air filter change and detailing package. I got my car back after 2 pm. As I walk up to my car I can see cracked in dirt still on my hood. My windshield and the entire outside was completely dirty I have no idea how the rainex was applied. The interior wasn’t even touched. I asked the representative from service to look at it he told me it would be another hour. I had to leave and he told me to bring it back when I could. Unfortunately I work nights so now I am going to have to waste more time sitting for a service I definitely over paid for. More

Oil change I went in for a oil change on my Tahoe. I asked them if they can wash my car. They said they will try because they had to take down their machine and I went in for a oil change on my Tahoe. I asked them if they can wash my car.
