Engine Problem Fix Nick was awesome. When I called with the issue on Saturday morning, he asked me to bring it in for check up. He explained what he was seeing, what the Nick was awesome. When I called with the issue on Saturday morning, he asked me to bring it in for check up. He explained what he was seeing, what the next steps are and provided an estimate on how long it will take him to fix. After several hours, he called to give an update on the final findings, whether it was covered by warranty etc. He again called when it should be ready for pick up. Excellent customer support. More

Awesome Job I originally came in to purchase a BMW 6 Series, however, it didn't work out number wise. Without any pressure, they offered me an opportunity to review the website at my leisure in the comfort of my home. Because of the connection I felt with Chand and his personality and outgoing conversation, I chose to review the website there in the store. It didn't take long to find my new Baby. Despite the time, almost 9 p.m. at night, the team made sure my experience was the same as if I was the first customer of the day.
