From disappointed to impressed I brought my car in for an airbag alert that was still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. Vincent was nice, but it took them 2 days to find and fix the issue and then when I picked it up the girl at the counter told me I had to pay for the rental car when the advisor had indicated the rental would be covered due to the car still being covered under the bumper to bumper. It was disappointing to get different information at the end. 8/10/18 - Updating my review to reflect that Maita called me and resolved my issue. Vincent was nice and apologetic. They took a lot of effort to correct my disappointment. I am very impressed with the follow up and resolution that Maita took to make me a satisfied customer. I would definitely return to them now.
