My oil change took 2 hours. With an appointment! Never have I waited 2 hours for an oil change, and was told that was standard. I’ve worked for 3 different service departments, With an appointment! Never have I waited 2 hours for an oil change, and was told that was standard. I’ve worked for 3 different service departments, Folsom Honda, VW, and GMC. Never was an oil change 2 hours long, especially with an appointment. Then the girls at the front desk were all sitting on their phones when it came time to check out. When I purchased my car, I bought the extended warranty which came with 3 years of oil changes, was told by the service advisor that that’s not true and I only have one free one. All he had to do was look up the VIN and read. Never coming back here. More
