My oil change took 2 hours. With an appointment! Never have I waited 2 hours for an oil change, and was told that was standard. I’ve worked for 3 different service departments, With an appointment! Never was an oil change 2 hours long, especially with an appointment. Then the girls at the front desk were all sitting on their phones when it came time to check out. When I purchased my car, I bought the extended warranty which came with 3 years of oil changes, was told by the service advisor that that’s not true and I only have one free one. All he had to do was look up the VIN and read. Never coming back here. More

For my first time visit to Maita Chevrolet, I'd have to say I was very impressed. It first started when we were pleasantly greeted by the Service Advisor Cruz. Then she pulled up my vehicle information by say I was very impressed. It first started when we were pleasantly greeted by the Service Advisor Cruz. Then she pulled up my vehicle information by vin # to see if there was any recalls that needed to be addressed (glad to say none). The service was done and completed on time. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, even the person who retrieved my vehicle was polite and and exchanged pleasantries. Thank you everyone who got the job done. More
