my experience was average until I received my car. I came for an oil change and tire rotation and was upsold a 165K service. I get in my truck after paying and notice my check engine light is on. Buyer watch their web site for a better deal then you will get in store. I get a oil change every other month. Always been 79.99 this time new service sales reps they said 99.99 after I asked why online will get in store. I get a oil change every other month. We are new to California, so were very pleased to find Maita Chevrolet. They were very helpful with purchasing a car. We made a mistake with the first car and they graciously bought it back and helped us Maita Chevrolet. They were very helpful with purchasing a car. We made a mistake with the first car and they graciously bought it back and helped us get one we really love. No one made us feel stupid for our mistake but went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the second purchase. The salesman was Awesome as was the business manager.
