Not what I’ve come to expect from Maita Maita is usually so great, this visit was a little disappointing. My truck needed a manual regen due to the dpf being clogged. I was basically told it Maita is usually so great, this visit was a little disappointing. My truck needed a manual regen due to the dpf being clogged. I was basically told it was my fault and that next time they’d charge me for this annoying service requirement. I live 2 hours from them, so taking my truck in for this nonsense isn’t exactly something I want either. I was handed a printout of a page from my user manual with a few lines highlighted. Kind of condescending if you ask me. More
