Great experience at Maita Honda I came in to get an my oil pan replaced (I found out it wasn’t a simple fix for my car because of the way it’s set up). I called around to get other p I came in to get an my oil pan replaced (I found out it wasn’t a simple fix for my car because of the way it’s set up). I called around to get other prices and the price here was middle of the road, but it’s a mile down the road. I got lucky to receive a 20% service for anything over $300 and the service manager honored it with no problem. I even got the free rental. I couldn’t be happier with the service, as I got called for updates when more work needed to be done (I had already figured a bent part needed to be replaced). Still, it ended up being the best deal I could’ve gotten anywhere. Thanks to Ron for being a great service advisor and for the cashiers for being kind and helpful. More

Battery Replacement - Full Warranty I had a dead battery. The guy who came to jump my car said that I should leave it running for at least an hour before I dared go anywhere because it I had a dead battery. The guy who came to jump my car said that I should leave it running for at least an hour before I dared go anywhere because it was "deader than a door nail." I had purchased a battery in Olathe, KS, in February 2019. It was expensive, too. I live close to Maita Honda, so I drove right over there. Craig Griggs had someone test the battery and it was shot. Fortunately, it was under warranty. What was exceptional is that I didn't have the receipt for the battery on me. We couldn't verify with Olathe Honda that I had purchased one earlier in the year because they had already closed for the evening. Craig authorized staff to go ahead and install the battery and trusted me to come back the next day with the receipt. I did and was in and out in no time. Exceptional service! Thanks, Craig. More
