Worst car buying experience I came very prepared to the dealership I had my payoff amount already preapproved by Honda and knew exactly which car I wanted. In the negotiations I I came very prepared to the dealership I had my payoff amount already preapproved by Honda and knew exactly which car I wanted. In the negotiations I had the sales guy write down the payoff amount he said he would tell the managers and work it into the deal. Anyways I sign finally and I wasn’t looking at the payoff just the price of the car etc. they call me a MONTH later saying my payoff amount is higher than what’s on the contract and I inform them I gave my EXACT 10 day payoff to the sales guy. The manager tries to have me pay for half I say absolutely not! He gets me to come in to sign again at the higher amount for the payoff. At this point another payment has been made to my CU which I was planning to reverse because it should of been already paid off. Then he calls a few days later and has me sign AGAIN saying Honda wanted the contract to look different! I check every day to make sure my CU was payed off when the check is finally received it’s less than the payoff. I email the manager who says oh I’ll send another check which has never happened. To this day which it’s almost been 3 months I still have a balance on my CU. I am beyond disappointed with my car buying experience. I have purchased many vehicles and NEVER had an experience like this before! Run away from this dealership. More

I chose my car on line and dealt with MARK holiday in the internet department and we came to a final price “out the door including tax, license and doc fees” and found the total was within my budget. A Service Adviser greeted me right away (John) and got to me as fast as he could. I explained to him the service code my car had, as well as some other concerns I had. He listened, noted them down on the service request, as I had explained, and got me into the system. A service technician had already taken my car before I had even finished. Talk about fast! John took to to the lounge, showed me where everything was, and kept me informed of how my car was doing. The estimate was really accurate and I was out of there, with all of my concerns addressed, in very good time! Very Happy! More
