Always kind and always on time I had my first big tune up (for 100,000 miles) on my CRV. They informed me it would take about 4 hours to do the work, plus rotate my tires, change oi I had my first big tune up (for 100,000 miles) on my CRV. They informed me it would take about 4 hours to do the work, plus rotate my tires, change oil and wash my car. And they did it....sounds quieter now with the valves adjusted....so quiet, it sounds like a hybrid! ;-) Maita is a family business and I have always been satisfied with their service (whether I was buying a car or getting it serviced). I rated a 4 on price, because it is always more than I anticipate...BUT honestly, I have had very little to do other than general maintenance on this car. More

Poor customer service Maise very abrupt and did not care about my security remote not working. Also car was parked after service for over hour, and noone notified me. Finally, I had to go to the counter and point out that the car was ready. Also Maise did not explain anything to me about results of service. $350 bill and I am standing at the counter trying to make sense if it. She just walked away. Usually service is great at Maita. Not this time. Zero stars thhis time. Zero stars customer service. Zero stars for helpfulness and frienliness. Probably take my two Hondas to service elsewhere for a while. Maita has been great in the past. I will give you a litle time to maybe get your act together. More

Fast and friendly I was in and out with a B1 code. 2016 pilot touring 45k. (oil and filter change along with some inspection). All came out good! But 24 hour later I have a major problem, electrical. Steering,vsa,hill start, trailer stability, road departure, emissions, This is the first problem Ive had. Going to have to take it in. I do engine work but don't have time to look at it. But service was great More

Had new vehicle options installed. Bought a new CRV and added cross bars, mud flaps and trailer package. The car was ready in about four hours, however when I got home I noticed the wiring harness was not there. After contacting the sales associate, we confirmed it should have been installed. He scheduled me a new appointment, and all was taken care of. The sales associate also refilled my gas tank for the inconvenience. Overall not a bad experience, and the service advisor, John Darcy was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. More
